They remodeled my kitchen, master bath & a half-bath.   All 3 areas were badly damaged and moldy.  KMI handled the mold removal and treatment, and did a total gut rehab. I was honestly a little embarrassed even showing the rooms in such bad shape to contractors while pricing, but KMI was 100% professional and respectful.   They were also very accommodating of all my additional requests over the contract period, even installing some fixtures I purchased that were not included in the contract.  I am very pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.

When i called KMI  to look at the leakage, I was not expecting to change my roof completely, but when they showed up, they inspected very carefully and found lots of wind damage, Ed from KMI was extremely helpful in working with my insurance adjuster and  showed him all the right places where the damage was. it took 30 minutes for the adjuster to approve a new roof.

KMI Construction Industries, LLC came out to do a roofing project, redo some skylights, some drywall work, undinished construction work and trusses in October last year.

I Have four buildings in my property that they had to do.  They did a great job on the roofing.  I liked their punctuality and their timeliness.  Their prices were reasonable and the quality of their work was good.  The workers were polite and professional.  One thing I really liked about them is that if they told me they were going to be here and they had a snag, they called me to let me know but they still asked me if I wanted them to come.  I will use them again.  I’ve already taken a bid from them in consideration for my next sale.
